LBD and Neon

Sometimes, pops of colors are what make an outfit interesting - like this plain, little black dress that I accented with some neon accessories. This black dress mirrors my not being my happy and inspired self today. It’s times like this that require some neon colors in my otherwise plain and gloomy moments. These bright and happy colors, though tiny and minute, make the entire look worthy of note.
