Janjie and I have always been into do-it-yourself artsy crafts, and here's one of them. Since we don't want to spend to much on real flowers or expensive decorations, we opted to use our creative imaginations (greatly influenced by the world wide web) and viola!
So basically, what you need are:

All set, and we're ready to craft!
Here I stacked about 3 crepe papers (the more papers you use, the fluffier the flower will be) and fold them like this:
Tightly tie the center:
Open it one by one and arrange them as you please. Tadahh!
